Zazie Beetz Allegedly in Talks to Return as Domino for Deadpool 3

While she may be a supporting character in Joker, Zazie Beetz plays a full-fledged superhero in Deadpool 2, and with the sequel incoming, word has it that she could be bringing back the luck-altering mutant Domino.

According to insider Daniel RPK (via @GeekVibesNation), Beetz is currently in talks to reprise Domino for Deadpool 3. We don’t have any further details than that, but seeing as she is the only surviving member of the X-Force, it would make sense for her to keep being connected to Wade.

Though Beetz is coming back, I am hoping that they also bring back Julian Dennison’s Firefist. With the last movie being all about Wade not abandoning him, it would be great to see how their relationship has evolved—depending on what place in the canon Deadpool 3 will have with the MCU.

We don’t have any official description of the story yet, but rumor is going around that the movie was originally planned to be a road trip adventure being narrated by Wolverine and Deadpool with both having conflicting versions of the events. With the film being brought into the MCU though, I’m expecting some kind of Multiverse shenanigans, because I’m not expecting Hugh Jackman to stick around as Logan for any longer than one more movie.

With a release set for 2024, it will be a while before we get any more reveals for Deadpool 3, but we should be getting updates on casting for the next few months.

Deadpool 3 comes out Sept. 6, 2024.
