Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse already got pretty crazy with their crossovers, but with the upcoming sequel Across the Spider-Verse, Sony Pictures Animation is promising to up the ante. Rumors are flying around that Tom Holland could be brought in for a cameo, and though we don’t know what that looks like now, the VFX team from Corridor Digital has managed to a unique kind of fanmade trailer.
Check out Corridor’s trailer for Spider-Man: Everyone’s Home:
The studio basically uses AI-generated imagery to turn footage from the MCU into the style of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Not only do they do with with Holland’s Spidey, but they manage to do it to a bunch of other characters, including meme icons like ‘Bully Maguire.’
It’s pretty impressive work for a small group of guys. In fact, they were even able to catch the attention of Spider-Verse producer Chris Miller:

We don’t really know what this means for the future, but I would definitely love a What If style series with this kind of style instead of the one we got for the actual show.
For now, fans wait for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse which is set to hit theaters June 2, 2023.
