Watch New Teaser for Part 2 of Rick and Morty Season 6

Rick and Morty 6 was having a great run, but the show has decided to pull a Better Call Saul and have a mid-season break. The series is set to come back later this month, and we have a new teaser giving us a look at all the various shenanigans this sci-fi duo will be going through for the rest of the season.

While the show mostly deals with self-contained episodes, we have been getting some callbacks to previous seasons. Just from this teaser, we get the return of Susan Sarandon’s Doctor Wong. We don’t know what the whole deal with her episode is, but it’s certainly odd that Rick would willingly sit in a room with her, considering he spent a good amount of effort avoiding meeting with her in a previous season.

Besides that, the rest of the preview contains pretty much what we can expect from Rick and Morty. I was eager to see how far they could go with storywise without Rick’s portal gun, but now that it’s fixed, I think we can get back on to Rick trying to find the version of himself that killed his family.

So far, the series has been as solid as ever. While there are some fans who have left Rick and Morty behind, I think that showrunners Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland still have some pretty insane and wacky ideas that manage to surprise every week.
