Shioli Kutsuna and Brianna Hildebrand Returning for Deadpool 3

Deadpool 3 is set to take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe canon, so we can expect some characters to be shuffled around. What’s interesting is, some faces from the old DP films will be coming back for the third movie.

According to Deadline, Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead) and Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio have closed a deal to return for Deadpool 3 starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. Other DP alums coming back include Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Rob Delaney (X-Force’s Peter) and Stefan Kapicic (Colossus). New cast members include Jackman, Matthew Macfadyen and Emma Corrin.

One cast member I am hoping they announce soon is Julian Dennison who played Russell/Firefist in Deadpool 2. With Wade promising to take care of Russell by the end of that movie, you’d think he’d be mentioned or at least show up for one scene. I know the roster of characters is already kind of full, but Dennison and Reynolds had great chemistry in the last movie, and it would be nice to see how the character’s evolved over time.

We don’t know the exact plot of Deadpool 3 yet, but it is said that it will have something to do with Wade dealing with the TVA from Loki. With Wade’s universe effectively being ‘cancelled’, we should expect the film to establish him and maybe some other characters into the main MCU timeline.

At least, that’s what everyone’s guessing.
