The Vampire Diaries Episode 4.07 ‘My Brother’s Keeper’ Extended Promo Trailer

“Let’s not pretend this isn’t the best day of your life,” Stefan (Paul Wesley) tells Damon (Ian Somerhalder) in this promo trailer for The Vampire Diaries upcoming ‘My Brother’s Keeper’ episode. The word is out. Elena has officially confessed her true feelings for the elder Salvatore brother. I don’t know about you, but for a guy who suddenly has it all, Damon isn’t looking too happy. Maybe he’s preoccupied by other things, like professor Shane’s (David Alpay) agenda and Klaus’ involvement in a plan that doesn’t seem to include him.
