The Secret Circle’s Chris Zylka No Longer Appearing in American Horror Story

Secret Circle fans were pretty excited to learn that Chris Zylka (Jake Armstrong) had landed a recurring role on season two of American Horror Story earlier this year. Zylka’s role, which was recurring, centered on Daniel, a deaf mute described as ‘the most beautiful boy in the world.’

However, per Zap2it, producer Ryan Murphy has made the decision to dismiss Zylka when the Spider-Man star hesitated to shave his head for the role.

Daniel’s role has since been reduced to a one episode appearance, with Daniel played by another actor.

We’re pretty sure Zylka, whose star is firmly on the rise, will bounce back from this minor setback.
