With just five months away from the much-awaited premiere of “The Incredibles 2,” details are scarce—until now. Disney finally broke its silence on the sequel and gave us the full character slate for the upcoming film, along with information on each. But that’s not just the only bit of good news today—we have two new characters too!
On Twitter, Disney shared the entire list of the characters for “The Incredibles 2.”

It’s good to see the original members (except for Dash) of the Parr family reprise their voice roles. Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, and Sarah Vowell are back as Bob Parr/Mr. Incredible, Helen Parr/Elastigirl, and Violet Parr respectively. Newcomer Huckleberry “Huck” Milner is on to give life to Dash, who was previously voiced by Spencer Fox back in the original movie. Samuel T. Jackson also returns as Lucius Best/Frozone, along with Director Brad Bird as Edna Mode, and of course, Baby Jack-Jack Parr.
It’s incredible (pun intended) to see them all back together. And with “The Incredibles 2” as arguably Disney’s best, animated superhero film, it’s not too impossible for the film to perform well—especially for those who’ve been crying out for a sequel since 2004.
New ‘The Incredibles 2’ Cast Descriptions
A whole bunch of newcomers is added to the mix, and it couldn’t be more exciting. “Better Call Saul’s” Jonathan Banks, Isabella Rossellini, and Sophia Bush joins the cast of “The Incredibles 2” as allies of the Parr family.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Banks plays Rick Dicker, a “government leader who helps the Parr family keep their superhero identities secret as head of the Super Relocation Program. Unfortunately for the superteam, the family is left to their own devices when the division is closed.” On the other hand, Bush comes in blazing with superpowers. She plays Voyd, a “young Elastigirl fan who aspires to be a superhero and has the power of creating voids, allowing objects to appear and disappear.” Rossellini plays Ambassador, who’s an advocate for the legalization of superheroes.
Meanwhile, Evelyn Deavor and Bob Odenkirk’s casting has been revealed as well. Deavor and Odenkirk play siblings Winston and Evelyn Deavor, who are telecommunications company CEOs. Winston is a huge superhero fan, and he longs to change the public’s perception of them by rewriting their narrative and bringing them out of hiding. Evelyn, on the other hand, is a tech genius who always has solutions for all problems. It’s unclear if these two are one of the villains for “The Incredibles 2,” but judging by the concept art, they appear so.
With all these new additions to the cast of the film, here’s to hoping that it lives up to its predecessor’s hype.
“The Incredibles 2” hits theaters June 15th.
