THE BLACKLIST “The Cryptobanker” Sneak Peeks: Red Wants a New Deal

Red’s feeling deeply optimistic in this new sneak peek clip from Friday’s episode of The Blacklist.
During a scheduled prison visit from Liz, our favorite Concierge of Crime (or is he?) asks her to make a dinner reservation for him following his acquittal.
What acquittal, you may ask? And Liz does exactly that, reminding Red that there are still 16 counts, ranging from money laundering to murder, hanging over him, and that his fantasy of tucking into a delicious meal in Chicago may be a fantasy, not just for now, but perhaps permanently.
“I’ll take care of the trial. You take care of what comes after,” Red tells her, in a timely nod to his now lapsed immunity agreement.
“You are full of fantasies today,” an incredulous Liz remarks. However it’s Red who may just hold the trump card in this instance, and it comes in the form of a Government conspiracy that might just require a new deal before the Task Force get to hear a single detail.
Better go ahead and make that table reservation after all, Liz.
Meanwhile, in a second new clip Liz faces off against Red — on the stand — as Red invites her to do her job by profiling him for the jury.
Guys, what follows next may bring a tear to your eye.
