THE BLACKLIST “Bastien Moreau” Sneak Peek: Red Asks The Task Force to Step Far Over the Line

With Red’s (James Spader) execution fast approaching (wow, that was quick!), all hope seems lost in this new sneak peek clip from Friday’s next episode of The Blacklist.

The episode will see Red, post failed escape attempt, now fast tracked to death by lethal injection.

Not even Harold’s (Harry Lennix) special plea to the president is likely to turn the odds in Red’s favor.

With all avenues now seemingly shut down, there’s only one person holding out hope … and that’s Red himself.

In fact, Red is not just hopeful, but determined to carry out one last plan to free himself. But this time, he will need the Task Force to rather deliberately step over the line on his behalf.

How far over the line, you may ask? Getting the FBI to rob a bank in Luxembourg, far.

The episode, titled “Bastien Moreau” (with a follow up titled “conclusion” airing next week) will see Liz (Megan Boone) and the gang making a play to uncover the truth about an international assassination, all in a last-ditch effort to save Red’s life.

Christopher Lambert, Jennifer Ferrin and Benito Martinez guest star.

Part one of the “Bastien Moreau” storyline airs Friday, March 15 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) on NBC.
