THE BLACKLIST Season 3 Episode 16 IMAGES: “The Archivist”

Classified secrets are the order of the day in The Blacklist’s February 25th episode.

“The Archivist” will see Red (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) linking the murder of a State Department official found dead in Beijing to a secret keeper known as “The Caretaker,” who maintains an impenetrable safety deposit vault for criminals.

We’re guessing that this vault may be of particular interest to Red. It will certainly be interesting to see how its contents will fortify his position of power over episodes to come — and if Ressler and the team can prevent him leveraging the mission to his own advantage.

NBC has also recently teased that while Red and Liz work with the task force to find the Caretaker and his collection of lethal and classified secrets, Tom (Ryan Eggold) will make a risky decision. (Yes, another one!)

Meanwhile Liz persists on her quest to find out more about her mother.
