Star Wars Celebration took place last weekend, and we got a lot of reveals as well as celebrity guests. One guest was The Book of Boba Fett star Temuera Morrison who took to the stage for an interview. As it turns out, he was fat-shamed into getting into shape for the series.
Talking during Celebration (via @fettstea), Morrison explained how some fans have called him “Boba Fat”, urging him to do some serious workouts so he would look better for his shirtless Bacta scenes. Watch this:

It’s unclear if we’re going to be getting more Boba Fett down the line, but the series does end with a whole new beginning for Boba, becoming a daimyo on Tatooine. There’s definitely more room for adventure, and with the show essentially being taken over by The Mandalorian for its latter episodes, I’m hoping Morrison gets his own spotlight come the next season of Mando.
Even if we have no update on Boba Fett, I think it’s pretty possible he could show up for other series. I mean, Morrison did have a cameo in Obi-Wan Kenobi, and with so many prominent clone characters being asked for by the fans, we could get an appearance by Captain Rex or Commander Cody in some other show down the line like Ahsoka or a future episode of Kenobi.
The Book of Boba Fett is now available on Disney+.
