Taylor Swift to Guest in New Girl’s Season Finale

We may have thought that New Girl’s season finale would be eventful enough as it is, what with Cece’s (Hannah Simone) wedding to Shivrang (Satya Bhabha) taking center stage.

However, EW reports today that Taylor Swift (yes that Taylor Swift) will make a guest appearance in the show’s finale episode as Elaine, an “important” wedding guest.

Latest details on Swift’s role indicate that she is Shivrang’s ex, and will attempt to break up the wedding – giving hope to Schmidt and Cece shippers!

Swift, who will be on set to film her scenes next week, has also made recent appearances in CSI, Valentines’s Day and as a recent host on Saturday Night Live.

The finale will air May 14 on FOX.
