TMF LIVE BLOG RECAP: It is the 36th day on Survivor 33: Millennials vs GenX and things just get more intense. Jay, oh so regrettable Jay used his idol and left himself barren, naked and vulnerable and resigns to the idea that he has to fight for himself. He is bent on finding another immunity idol.
Jay eventually finds one on the event where Dave, Jay and Ken were gathering coconuts. Dave, however (having a plan of his own) somehow wanted Jay to find that idol. Plans here and there seem to unfold slowly.
One of these castaways is now one million dollars richer. Find out who is the Sole #Survivor: https://t.co/IwT6bnK4xn #SurvivorFinale pic.twitter.com/vgVp3pRWFU

Survivor Season 33 Finale: Reward Challenge and Individual Immunity #1
Castaways are gonna race through a series of obstacles and acquire keys for a puzzle that they have to solve. The winner will be rewarded a big, juicy steak waiting for them at camp, Also winning Immunity.
Jay takes the lead and because he didn’t cover his combination that initially locked the key from being unlocked, gave everyone else a free ticket to the rest of the challenge. Dave wins immunity and the reward.
Dave is given a choice of two castaways to eat with him. Tables turn though when Jay played an advantage and took over the reward that Dave won. He chooses Dave still (mentioning that he beat Jay) and Adam (For giving and winning him the advantage fair and square) to eat with him.
Tribal Council
Castaways talk about how they have worked together in the past and how Jay and Bret are the big threats in the game, currently. They vote and things got intense. There were votes placed on Jay resulting to playing his idol giving him immunity, or so he thought. It was a fake idol planted by Dave and this means that votes placed on Jay are still effective. Suddenly, Ken stands up and plays his own trump card, his Legacy Advantage, giving him immunity from being voted out.
Results come in. A frustrated Jay is voted out leaving only 5 remaining castaways.
Survivor Season 33 Finale: Individual Immunity Challenge #2
It is now their 37th day in the game. Castaways go through a series of obstacles while putting pressure to tiles they get from a table in between two grips and placing them on another table. As they run through the course, they relay tiles continuously back and forth with the grips they use. Once all of the tiles are placed on the other side of the table, they’re going to have to solve the puzzle (Tiles that were being carried back and forth) and shout out what would be written in the puzzle. The winner will be rewarded immunity from the next Council.
Ken wins immunity by finishing the puzzle shouting, “This is not a participation trophy!” — the answer to the puzzle he solved.
Survivor Season 33, Tribal Council
Castaways discuss their final three combinations and who the biggest threats were in the game, currently. Voting comes and playing for immunity idols are now being called for.
Votes reach Dave’s name and he decides to use his idol. Any and all votes in his name now would be considered null and void. Sadly, someone else gets majority vote. The tribe has spoken! Bret is now out of the game, leaving only 4 castaways.
Survivor Season 33 Finale: Individual Immunity Challenge #3
It is now their 38th day in the game. Castaways’ challenge here is for them to balance a total of 13 discs through a wire maze that they have to stack to the top of a platform placed on the maze. They finish the challenge and go through it again only that they need to finish it in a span of 5 minutes only when in the first challenge, they were given about half an hour.
Hannah and Ken are the last two standing and are now competing against each other for immunity. Ken wins individual immunity again giving him a seat for final three, leaving the other castaways to fight for their own seat now.

Survivor Season 33, Tribal Council #3
Probably the most important council of the series. As they talk about what Ken’s qualities are (trust, loyalty and honor), he is commended that no other survivor is like that. It shows that Adam and Dave are battling it out. Ken mentions that everyone has grown into better people and ultimately he mentions that in the end of the day, they still have to decide who to vote out.
As the castaways finished voting, the tally showed Adam and Dave’s names were being put out. With the tallies up, the tribe has spoken! Dave is now voted out, leaving only the final 3: Ken, Hannah and Adam.

Survivor Season 33, Tribal Council #4
It is now their 39th day in the game. This time, the jury in this game’s Tribal Council will be the one to choose who wins. Castaways placed their pitch to the jury why they should be chosen as the winner of Survivor.
A sheer blast of emotions and questions regarding growth, flipping, loyalty and trust are all affecting the final three as the jury raise these things. Castaways explained and defended themselves to each of the jury.
Each castaway described their own driving force in the game as the council neared its end before voting and with the jury being able to get as much information as they can get from the final three, one thing is left to do and that is to vote who wins the 33rd Season of Survivor.
Jeff Probst thanks everyone for a great Season of Survivor and tells them that he’ll be tallying the votes. The moment of truth comes and the winner of Survivor Season 33 Millennials vs Gen-X who has gotten all the votes of the jury is none other than Adam.
