Stargate Alumna Lands Major Role on the CW’s Originals

Stargate and Farscape alumna Claudia Black has landed a key recurring role on the CW’s Originals. 

Black will play the dangerous and mysterious Dahlia, the the maternal aunt of the Mikaelson children.

Dahlia’s appearance in her nephew Klaus’ life will be anything but cordial, however.

In return for assisting Ester with a fertility spell in the past, Dahlia then demanded the first-born of every generation, initially taking Esther’s oldest daughter Freya as payment for her spell.

And yes, if you’re wondering if that demand for payment now also extends to Klaus’ daughter Hope, then you’re right.

Expect the familial sparks to fly when Black’s Dahlia makes her first appearance in episode 16.
