It’s been forever but Person of Interest is finally back on our screens from Tuesday September 23, and it looks like the stakes are only about to get higher.
When we last checked in on Reese, Finch, Root and Shaw, they were battered and beaten after unsuccessfully stopping the focus behind Samaritan. Heartbreakingly, we watched as each took flight from the city and each other to avoid the detection of the now omnipresent Samaritan.
Will the team get back together? What about those numbers, and who’s taking Bear for a walk?

Well we’ve got some first details to spill on the new season’s first episode back “Panopticon” via CBS, along with the first image from the season premiere, featuring Harold and John taking what looks like a furtive game of chess in the park. It may not answer all our questions, but it’s a good place to start.

“Panopticon” – Forced to take on new identities created by Root, the team tries to adapt to their new lives. However, some find it hard to ignore The Machine’s numbers, which puts them all at risk of being detected by Samaritan, on the fourth season premiere of PERSON OF INTEREST, Tuesday, Sept. 23 (10:01-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Person of Interest stars Jim Caviezel (John Reese), Michael Emerson (Harold Finch), Kevin Chapman (Lionel Fusco), Sarah Shahi (Sameen Shaw) and Amy Acker (Root).
Recurring cast includes Enrico Colantoni (Elias), John Nolan (Greer), John Doman (Garrison) and David Valcin (Scarface).
