[00:01:00] Winston Churchill visited Tommy. They had a drink while they discussed business. Churchill was wondering why Tommy was forming an alliance with the fascists, so he had gathered intel on Tommy. As a result of that intel, Churchill had found out that he wasn’t forming an alliance but spying on the fascists. He wanted to know what Tommy’s motives were for such a bold move. Tommy responded that he no longer knew why he was doing it. They talked about family for a moment, and Churchill realized why Tommy was doing it. Churchill explained that every time he saw Oswald make his speeches in the House of Commons, he saw the roots of war sprouting from his feet. He knew that Tommy saw the same thing which was why he wanted to put a stop to Oswald.

[00:04:00] Churchill reminisced about their time during the First World War. Tommy was underground, and Churchill was above it, but they were both doing what they could to achieve victory. Churchill wanted him to do anything it took to kill Oswald. He even told Tommy to call if he ever needed anything. Before Churchill left, he asked Tommy if he was responsible for the death of Major Campbell. Tommy told him that it had been his Aunt Polly who had killed him. Churchill remarked that he needed to visit Birmingham and spend some time with Tommy’s family. Tommy agreed and told him that they would be happy to let him in their home.

[00:06:00] Arthur went over to Finn’s office, where he was talking to Billy Grade about football matches. Finn and Billy were having a good time when Arthur arrived. Billy’s mood changed as soon as Arthur entered the office. Arthur was still looking for the traitor who had sold them out during the opium shipment. He harassed Billy as Finn watched. Arthur threatened Billy as he reminded Finn that if he told Billy about their family business it was his life he was putting at risk. Billy realized that Arthur didn’t trust him, so he tried to defend himself. He told Arthur that Finn and he only discussed football and women. Arthur told Finn the real reason he had come by his office was to pick him up for a family meeting.

[00:10:00] Everyone met at the Garrison pub; Charlie staggered as he entered the pub. He told Curly that Barney had kicked his shin as he left the yard. Tommy finally arrived, and he apologized on behalf of Lizzie who could not come to the meeting because Charles had a violin concert to attend to. The first order of business was Colonel Ben Younger’s death. He had came close to becoming a member of the family, so Tommy included it in the meeting. Next would be Michael’s reinstatement into the company. Michael stopped Tommy from making his announcement. He immediately provided a proposition regarding the shipment of opium and what he planned for the future. Gina handed Michael his portfolio which contained his proposal in restructuring the company for the future. They could make millions of dollars if they make opium the main source of income for the company.

[00:14:00] Michael gave the proposal to Tommy. He told him to at least read it with an open mind. Tommy used the portfolio to keep the fireplace going. One of the Peaky Blinders went to the pub to inform them about Barney. Tommy ordered them to keep Barney at bay so the rest of the Peaky Blinders left the family meeting to help out. Michael pleaded with Tommy, but that just triggered him further. Tommy didn’t accept his proposal and asked Michael to leave. Tommy wanted to tell Gina that you didn’t mess with the Peaky Blinders, but she already knew what he was going to say so he just left. Polly slapped Michael and stared at Gina before leaving. Gina told Michael that they’d be forced to go with plan B instead.

[00:17:00] Tommy went out to help with Barney. He was using a garbage can lid as a shield while holding a pistol in his other hand. The Peaky Blinders were trying to calm him down, but nothing was working for them. Tommy walked right in and called out to Barney. Barnie immediately dropped everything and stood to attention. Tommy told Barney to calm down, he was no longer in the battlefield, he was home. Barney calmed down in a snap and went with Jeremiah and Isaiah to Charlie’s yard. Tommy invited everyone back to the pub to continue what they were discussing. Tommy told them about his plan to assassinate Oswald. Aberama has his doubts about Tommy’s plan. He was questioning his ambitions as they didn’t seem to have any bounds.

[00:20:00] Tommy knew that choosing Barney as their shooter was the perfect idea. The police wouldn’t hang him for being insane, they would just throw him back into the asylum. Tommy laid out his absurd plan. Aberama couldn’t believe that he was fine with Barney shooting Oswald with a sniper rifle when he was just a few feet away from him. Tommy ordered Johnny Dogs and Arthur to place Barney in position. Tommy would attend to Oswald once he had been shot. After confirming his death, Tommy would make a speech and take over their political party. He told Aberama that he could go after Jimmy McCavern since he was in charge of security for their event. Charlie and Curly would be busy shipping the opium to the Chinese since the police would all be busy with the assassination.

[00:23:00] Johnny Dogs was excited about the plan upon hearing that everyone would receive 30 grand for their efforts. Tommy told them that if anyone wanted to leave, the time was now, but no one left. With the plan in place and everyone assigned to their respective duties, Tommy ended the meeting. Tommy ordered Charlie to light a fire at his yard for their next agenda. Everyone went to Charlie’s yard except for Tommy and Arthur. They stayed in the pub waiting for someone to arrive. The bartender arrived and was surprised to see Arthur and Tommy at the pub. Tommy told Micky to sit down so that they could have a little talk. They told Micky what had happened to them a few days ago. Arthur almost dying to the Titanic boys while getting the opium and Ben Younger’s car being bombed just outside his office.

[00:26:30] Tommy had made some calls and found a person of interest in Paddy Rose. Paddy had called 30 minutes before Ben Younger was killed. Tommy and Arthur went over to interrogate and kill Paddy. They sunk his body in the canal using weights. The number that had called Paddy belonged to Micky. At this point, Micky knew he was going to die as tears came running down his cheek. Arthur had also found out that Micky had sold him out to the Titanic boys in exchange for cash. Arthur wanted Micky to admit what he had. done, but he couldn’t in fear of death. He just continued sobbing in his chair like a little boy who was caught in his lies. He looked at Tommy and apologized. Arthur told Micky not to look at Tommy; he was thinking about hitting Micky with the bottle of whisky.

[00:29:00] Arthur told Tommy that the ceiling was cheaper, which was his signal, Tommy pulled out his pistol, called Micky’s attention and shot him in the chin so that the bullet would exit his head and hit the ceiling.  Tommy’s hand was shaking after killing Micky. Arthur was sobbing in his chair, begging Tommy to tell him about another plan. Arthur told Tommy that Michael could be right, they might need to leave the killing for the next generation. Tommy shouted at Arthur, telling him that there was no other plan. He ordered Arthur to go check on Polly to see if she was still their ally. Arthur tried to control his emotions as Tommy left for Margate. Tommy arrived at Margate and was looking through binoculars on a balcony. A familiar voice called for him; it was Alfie.

[00:32:00] Alfie told Tommy that life had become so much easier since he had died. Tommy’s shot had left Alfie blind in his left eye and scarred for life. He asked Tommy if he enjoyed the view. Tommy responded that Margate was Margate. Alfie, on the other hand, enjoyed looking at ships since no two were alike. He had written Tommy a letter asking how Cyril was; that was when Tommy had realized that he was still alive. Alfie recalled the time he had woken up on the beach and thought he was in hell but realized he was still alive in Margate. Tommy told Alfie that maybe hell just looked like Margate. Alfie took his bible and told Tommy that the vivid description it provided of hell meant they were in serious trouble in the afterlife.

[00:34:00] Tommy went to business and told Alfie that he planned to kill Oswald Mosley. Alfie gave him some advice to do a better job on Oswald than Tommy had done on him. He wondered why Tommy had failed to kill him. Tommy responded that his mind had been elsewhere during that day. Tommy told Alfie that he would need some jewish men to start a riot as a distraction. Alfie bartered with Tommy for the fee and came to an agreement since his dog was doing okay in his care. Tommy offered to send the dog back to him, but Alfie refused, stating that it would be better for the dog that he stayed dead. He reminded Tommy that he also needed to stay dead with the police. Alfie asked Tommy what he was going to do next. Tommy responded that he planned to continue until he found a man he couldn’t defeat.

[00:38:00] That evening, Tommy returned to his office, where Polly was waiting for him. Polly told Tommy that Michael intended to continue with his plans despite Tommy’s disapproval. Polly knew that a war would break out between them and one of them would die, but she didn’t know which one. Tommy told Polly that if Aberama took Michael’s side, he would kill Michael. Polly asked Tommy if he would kill her as well. Tommy responded that he would do what he had to do. Polly got up, handed him her resignation letter, and walked away. Tommy tried to call everyone, Arthur, Ada, Finn, but no one answered. He even tried calling the Garrison pub, but since they had killed Micky, no one was there to answer the phone. There was no one left for Tommy, so he went to Charlie’s yard.

[00:42:00] Charlie told Tommy that Barney was fast asleep, but he couldn’t because of his broken leg. Tommy suddenly asked Charlie how his mother had died. Charlie responded that his mother had drowned as Tommy already knew. Tommy knew his mother had drowned, but it wasn’t an accident, so he asked for the truth. Tommy took a sip of opium and so did Charlie. He told Tommy that his mother had committed suicide by stepping into the canal. Charlie had tried to stop her from killing herself, but she had done it anyway. Tommy asked Charlie if she had told him why she wanted to kill herself. Charlie told Tommy that her reasons didn’t make any sense, but Tommy asked for them.

[00:44:00] Charlie told Tommy that his mother used to say that gypsies made the nails used to crucify Jesus, which was why they were always restless. They needed to keep moving around so that the guilt wouldn’t catch up to them. Charlie told his mother to just go on the road so that the guilt wouldn’t catch up with her. She did as told and came back with a white horse and gave it to Tommy. Charlie added that his mother was happy for a while as he rode the white horse, but all of a sudden, she still decided to commit suicide. Charlie once again told Tommy that her reasons didn’t make any sense. After her death, Charlie would always see his mother whenever he looked at the white horse, and he realized that he had fallen in love with her.

[00:45:30] Charlie told Tommy that it had broken his heart, pulling his mother’s lifeless body out from the canal. He told Tommy that suicide ran in their family, he just needed to move around so that the pain didn’t catch up to him. The next day, Tommy invited Johnny Dogs and Arthur to see Barney’s capabilities. Barney shakily loaded a bullet in his sniper rifle and winked at Tommy. Johnny couldn’t believe that Tommy would even give a gun to Barney. He looked down the sights and aimed for the target across the yard. Barney focused and fired, hitting the target dead in the middle. Johnny and Arthur couldn’t believe what they saw; Tommy applauded Barney for silencing his doubters.

[00:47:00] The day finally arrived when Oswald and Tommy would announce their new political party in Bingley Hall. Men and women gathered at the hall to hear them speak while Arthur met with the Jews in Charlie’s yard. Oswald arrived ahead of time to enjoy a blonde woman before his speech. They supplied them with weapons as the Jews marched on to start a riot. Finn and Billy Grade were at his office when Finn told Billy about the plan. He left Billy with a wad of cash to spend on booze and women. He also told Billy to listen on the radio. When Finn left, Billy picked up the phone instead of the cash. Arthur, Johnny Dogs, and Aberama arrived at the hall and planted Barney in his position. Jessie was starting a protest outside the hall when she was met by communists, which turned into a fight.

[00:49:00] Tommy saved Jessie from being arrested and told her that she could do more damage from the inside. Tommy allowed Jessie into the hall while Arthur gave Barney a whiff of cocaine to calm his nerves. He asked Barney to tell him what he was supposed to do. Barney told Arthur that he would wait for Tommy to check his pocket watch and count to ten before killing Oswald. Arthur reminded Barney to run like hell after he had killed Oswald. Arthur, Johnny Dogs, and Aberama left Barney in his position.

[00:51:00] Tommy took Jessie into one of the dressings rooms inside the hall. She told him to leave the hall before the speeches started. He wanted to tell Jessie what he was about to do, but that would only put her in more danger. Tommy just told Jessie that he was about to do a good thing and innocent people got hurt when he did good things. Tommy referred to Oswald as a horse that just needed a rider to guide it on the right direction. Jessie asked who was going to be the rider, but Tommy left without any response. Meanwhile, Jimmy went to Oswald’s dressing room to update him on the attendance. There was a rumor that Jews would be coming to start a riot, so Oswald told Jimmy to welcome them accordingly.

[00:53:00] Jimmy felt uneasy with a few Peaky Blinders attending the gathering. Oswald reminded Jimmy that the Peaky Blinders were his allies, and there weren’t going to be any disputes between them. Everyone was in place; Arthur and Johnny Dogs were backstage along with Jimmy McCavern.  Aberama slipped backstage and hid in the shadows waiting for his opportunity to kill Jimmy. Barney was on his rifle waiting for his cue, and Jessie was in the dressing room waiting for things to unfold. Alfie ordered his maid to open the radio so that he could listen. The announcer introduced Oswald Mosley who made his way up to the stage accompanied by Tommy. Everyone cheered and thunderous applause filled the hall. Everyone raised their hands and chanted “Perish Judah.” Oswald was the new Hitler as he copied his famous salute.

[00:55:00] Oswald began his speech as everyone listened to him. Ada, Polly, and Alfie were listening through their radios, waiting for Tommy to carry out his plan. After a few minutes, the Jews arrived and barged into the hall. Jimmy McCavern sent his men to help control the jews leaving him defenseless. Aberama lurked in the shadows waiting for his chance. Tommy looked at his pocket watch and began the count. He reached the count of ten, but Oswald was still alive. Someone had already killed Barney and stabbed Aberama to death. Another man tried to kill Arthur, but he somehow managed to overpower him. Tommy saw Arthur struggling, and he knew something wasn’t right. Arthur managed to kill his enemy as Oswald joined Tommy on stage looking at the riot unfolding in front of them.

[00:59:30] Johnny Dogs told Arthur that the coppers had arrived. He saw Aberama bleeding to death on the floor, but he didn’t have any choice but to leave him. Tommy went back to his dressing room to find Jessie was still there. Johnny Dogs and Arthur entered the room shortly after and Tommy nearly blew their heads off. Tommy ordered Johnny to help Jessie escape the hall. He knew someone had betrayed them, someone who knew their entire plan, but he didn’t know who had betrayed them. Tommy and Arthur returned to his mansion; he told Arthur that he thought he had found the man he couldn’t defeat. Arthur asked Tommy if it was Mosley, but he wasn’t entirely sure. Things didn’t make sense for Tommy. Arthur invited him inside for a drink, but he refused and took a walk in the fields instead.

[01:03:30] Tommy continued having hallucinations of Grace. He pulled out his pistol and pointed it right to his temple.
