Nicole Kidman Doesn’t Really Google Herself

Nicole Kidman will use Google Earth to look into her own garden but will not Google herself. Although she expresses that she appreciates technology, she tells Variety that she is an advocate for balance. She loves nature and the slow life and says that people miss out on life because of the instant gratification of technology.

In reality, she does have her hands full, most especially when it comes to her family. The 49-year-old ‘Lion’ actress has a very strong relationship with her children Isabella (23) and Connor (21) with ex-husband Tom Cruise; as well as Faith (5) and Sunday (8) with her spouse Keith Urban. When it comes to her family, she describes herself as the caretaker and feels maternal to most people. Her husband would tell her at times, “You can’t save the world, Nicole.” But then again, those words are inherent to her.

When it comes to her children, Nicole believes that feeling love for a child is the “most intense, profound, deeply felt thing that will transpire through your body to another human being. It’s cataclysmic. It changes you. The sensations and the power of it.”
