New Trailer for Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Promises More Crazy Psychics

One Punch Man may get all the attention with the general audience, but manga author ONE has another great series in the form of Mob Psycho 100.

The third season is set to premiere next week, and we have a fun trailer that teases Mob’s high school romance as well as the other kinds of crazy psychics we’re going to be meeting on the show. Watch this:

While we should always expect the ante to be upped whenever we get a new season of Mob Psycho, it looks like the show will also be making some major steps with Mob’s ‘normal’ life outside of the his psychic career; what with Mob gaining a crush that will seem to be the main focus of the season.

Past seasons of the show had Mob trying to fix his body image and trying to fix his family problems, but this is yet another slice-of-life hurdle that we can expect out of every anime focused on pre-teen kids.

I have to hand it to ONE, he does have a penchant for taking OP shonen protagonists and putting them in funny slice-of-life situations. He does this with Saitama in One Punch Man, and he also does the same thing with Mob Psycho 100. I guess what I prefer about Mob is the silly character design and the more experimental visuals as compared to the straightforward action that OPM delivers.
