New Images From Arrow’s “Tremors” Are Straight From a Training Montage

These latest images from Arrow’s “Tremors” episode look like they’re straight out of a training montage … and we kind of hope they are. Please feel free to hum your own motivational tune as you browse.

The Jan. 29 episode will see Roy (Colton Haynes) on the receiving end of some much wanted training from Arrow (Stephen Amell) as he slaps water, hits wooden beams and generally makes a mess of Ollie’s underground lair.

However Roy will have to contend with more than a tough training schedule as the episode will see him struggling to find a way to control that super strength.

Meanwhile, according to the CW, the Bronze Tiger (guest star Michael Jai White) is set to make a return, having escaped from prison and setting about stealing Malcolm’s earthquake machine in order to to sell it to the highest bidder.

As Oliver, Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) attempt to stop the transfer, Roy gets in the way, putting everyone in danger.
