New Behind-The-Scenes Images from Willow Showcase the Cast

Lucasfilm may be too busy expanding on Star Wars from several directions, but they also have some projects that are not based in George Lucas’ galaxy far far away. A Willow series is expected to premiere later this year, and we have a new behind-the-scenes look at the cast.

One cast member missing from the shoot is Willow himself Warwick Davis, but I’m sure that there’s also a lot of footage of him hanging around with the rest of the cast. Though the movie is named Willow, the crew that follow Willow on his quest is just as important as him when it comes to the overall story.

Though the series has brought in a lot of original cast members, I’m excited to meet the new group of adventurers that will follow Willow on his new quest. We don’t know who they are yet, but they all seem to have their own special abilities, from archery to swordsmanship. I also have a feeling that Tony Revolori’s character is going to be Willow’s apprentice when it comes to magic, but that’s just me guessing based on what we’ve seen in the trailers.

It may not be as huge as Star Wars, but Willow is still a cult classic that has a special place in a lot of fans’ hearts, and I can’t wait to watch this series bring the world back to life.

Willow premieres on Disney+ this coming Nov. 30.
