NCIS Los Angeles Season 8 Episode 15 Spoilers: ‘Payback’ Features Daniela Ruah vs Kurt Yaeger

“NCIS Los Angeles” Season 8 Episode 15, titled “Payback,” airs Sunday, Feb. 19, on CBS. NCIS LA returns after three weeks of hiatus; now fans will find out what happens next to Daniela Ruah’s Kensi Blye. Spoiler alert; Kensi is now in the custody of Kurt Yaeger’s Sullivan, otherwise known as CIA Officer Ferris.

“Emotions run high for the team as one agent is held in an unknown location and tortured by the mole, while another discovers he was betrayed by someone he least expected,” reads the CBS synopsis of NCIS LA 8×15, Payback.

The ending of NCIS LA 8×14 “Under Siege” reveals that Hetty (Linda Hunt) has carried out a scheme to finally discover the mole. What she did not plan, however, was the abduction of Kensi. It turns out Sullivan befriended Kensi for a reason: he wanted to stay close to his enemy.

In NCIS LA 8×15, Kensi has to somehow beat Sullivan a.k.a. Ferris, while the rest of the team scrambles to help her. Apparently, Sullivan lost his leg because of Kensi’s mistake during an operation. He is now out for payback, but Kensi is expected to survive her ordeal.

Meanwhile, Miguel Ferrer’s character, Assistant Director Owen Granger, is still in the hospital. The actor has died in real life (read his co-stars’ tweets here), but everyone in the NCIS TV universe is hoping for Granger’s recovery. A question remains: Who stabbed Granger? The answer here could be the betrayal part in the NCIS LA 8×15 synopsis.

Joining “Sons of Anarchy” actor Kurt Yaeger in this week’s episode of NCIS Los Angeles Season 8 are: Erik Palladio (CIA Officer Vostanik Sabatino), John M. Jackson (A.J. Chegwidden), Elizabeth Bogush (Joelle Taylor), Teddy Lane Jr. (LAPD Officer) and Anzu Lawson (Nurse).
