April faces “the ultimate betrayal” in Mistresses August 18 episode. That’s according to the latest log lines from ABC for the episode.

Entitled “Choices” the Network sets the installment up as follows:

“Choices” – April faces the ultimate betrayal, Joss shocks everyone with a big announcement, Jacob makes Karen a tantalizing offer and Dom is determined to beat Toni at her own game, on “Mistresses,” MONDAY, AUGUST 18 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Mistresses stars Alyssa Milano as Savannah (“Savi”) Davis, Yunjin Kim as Karen Kim, Rochelle Aytes as April Malloy, Jes Macallan as Josslyn Carver, Brett Tucker as Harry Davis and Jason George as Dominic Taylor.

“Choices” guest stars Jason Gray-Stanford as Agent Adam Thomas, Justin Hartley as Scott Trosman, Lee Garlington as Eleanor, Ricky Whittle as Daniel Zamora, Ilyse Mimoun as Chloe, Matthew Del Negro as Jacob, Rebeka Montoya as Antonia Ruiz, Catherine Haena Kim as Anna Choi and Pam Cook as Wendy Wegweiser.
