It’s no secret that Namor was one of the breakout stars of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and the premiere of the film was followed by several thirst tweets for Tenoch Huerta.
What’s funny is, some fans have been comparing shots of the movie online, and they’ve realized that Marvel had digitally shrunk Namor’s bulge so it’s not so prominent in the movie. Check out this comparison:

If anything, this isn’t a new thing they do in movies. It was also said that they had to digitally shrink Brandon Routh’s package in Superman Returns because it was so prominent onscreen. I’m sure Marvel didn’t want anyone getting distracted with a bulge in a film that’s supposed to be kid-friendly as well.
So far, the film ends with a lot of possibilities for Namor, and a lot of fans are already wondering if he’ll ever get a solo film. Personally, I think Namor is a great side character that shines best when he’s placed against others, but if they have a film in mind for him, I’d definitely line up. Huerta plays the role pretty well, and I think Marvel is in need of these seductive, hot-headed royalty characters.
Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with Nakia and Everett Ross to forge a new path for their beloved kingdom.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is now in theaters.
