Main Cast for That ‘90s Show Officially Announced

That ‘70s Show came out back in the ‘90s, and now more than two decades later, we’re going to be coming back to Wisconsin to follow a new batch of teens with That ‘90s Show. Just in, the main cast of the series has been announced, and we get to buckle up for some more period teen shenanigans.

As per Deadline, Callie Haverda will be playing Leia Forman, the daughter of That ‘70s Show leads Eric and Donna. Haverda will be joined by Ashley Aufderheide, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Sam Morelos, Mace Coronel, and Reyn Doi who will be playing her friends.

Though we are following a new cast, the series still promises to bring back faces from the original show. Debra Jo Rupp will reprise her role as Kitty Forman, and Kurtwood Smith is returning as hardass father (now grandfather) Red Forman. There is also talk that Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, and Mila Kunis could show up within any of the upcoming 10 episodes.

The series is described:

In That ’90s Show, it’s 1995 in Wisconsin and Leia Forman (Haverda), daughter of Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer, where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty (Rupp) and the stern glare of Red (Smith). Sex, drugs, and rock ’n roll never dies, it just changes clothes.

That ‘70s Show is a fun enough sitcom, but things eventually started going sideways when the main actors all started leaving. Let’s hope that everyone manages to stick together until we see the series close the ‘90s.

No release date has been announced for That ‘90s Show, but you can watch out for it on Netflix.
