Kevin Hart's Alleged Extortionist: 'I Want To Expose Him As A Liar'

Kevin Hart is caught in an extortion scandal after an unnamed woman released a video “exposing” the comedian as a cheating liar. The video released was not a sex tape.
The suspect went as far as to calling the comedian a cheater and to own up to his mistakes. According to TMZ, the video was under five-minutes long and was highly produced. It included audio clips from Hart’s appearances on radio shows. At one point it cuts to a bedroom scene where two people appear to be having sex. It’s unclear who they are until a man who looked like Hart was seen walking through the room.

Kevin Hart Apologizes To Family Over Alleged Extortion Attempt

A video of the comedian getting cozy with another woman in a club was released. It features an image of an empty bed to the sounds of bedsprings creaking and someone getting slapped. After being released, Hart then apologized to his pregnant wife and family after refusing to pay off the woman. He is a father of two and married to his second wife Eniko Parrish.

Hart took to Instagram to apologize to his family. On the video, Hart said he had a target on his back and someone was trying to make a financial game off his past misbehavior. When the unknown woman was threatening to expose Hart, he discussed it with his wife Parrish.  He promises to do better and be there for his family apologizing for his mistake.

FBI Identifies Suspect in Kevin Hart’s Extortion Scandal

TMZ reported the FBI knows the identity of the person who extorted the actor. The extortionist was either the woman shown in the video or someone who got hold of the iPhone used to record it.

The suspect behind the extortion video said Hart launched a Hurrican Harvey fundraising effort was to get ahead of the scandal. But sources close to Hart said that his hurricane relief efforts had nothing to do with the extortion attempt. She wanted to get paid for exposing Hart’s dirty laundry to the public. The person contacted the star’s reps demanding up to $1o million to keep the footage under wraps.
