Human Resources: Netflix Drops New Clip for Big Mouth Spinoff

Though Big Mouth did introduce us to the concept of hormone monsters and shame wizards, the show isn’t big enough to tackle all these personifications of human behavior—that’s why we’re getting a spinoff called Human Resources that will focus on just the ‘monsters.’

We have a new clip introducing us to some familiar characters, but we also have a new monster in the form of the ‘Logic Rock’. Check this out:

The series will feature a lot of familiar characters from Big Mouth like the Hormone monsters, the Shame Wizard, and the Depression Kitty. We’re even going to get appearances from guest star characters like the Anxiety Mosquito and the Love Bugs/Hate Worms.

Even if we’re going to get a lot of returning characters, there will also be some new ones introduced in Human Resources. Besides the Logic Rock, we’re also going to get characters like an Ambition Gremlin, and ‘Keith from Grief’.

While everyone is encouraged to go through therapy, Big Mouth has managed to explain these weird pangs that people get with the help of these ‘creatures’ that ‘make humans human.’ It’s actually a pretty clever concept, and it’s managed to tackle more things than just pre-teens going through puberty. With Human Resources, we should expect a lot of other things to be ‘explained’ to us, not just for kids, but for the anxieties plaguing adults and old-age people as well.

Human Resources premieres on Netflix on March 18.
