Game of Thrones S8E2 – Best Quotes and Tweets

The action is moving right along in Season 8 of Game of Thrones. Episode 2, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms,” gave us fans so many moments we wanted!

Bran: “The things we do for love.”
OMG. I literally whooped over this quote. And, in case you forgot, it was nice of GOT to give us a little reminder in the recap that Jaime used these words right before he pushed Bran out of the tower

Gendry: “You want to know what they’re like? Death. That’s what they’re like.”
And Arya’s all like, you don’t scare me, bitch.

Arya: “I’m not the Red Woman. Take your own bloody pants off.”
Well then. I thought this relationship would take a bit longer to develop before this happened. I envisioned a season-long flirt and some sort of heroic fight (which may still happen). But – BAM – Arya went for it and the Internet lost its mind!

Daenerys: “He’s the second man in my life I can say that about.”
Sansa: “Who was the first?”
Daenerys: “Someone taller.”
Dude. Some writer or director is really giving Jon/Kit a hard time this season over his height!

Bran: “How do you know there will be an afterwards?”

I kinda feel bad for Tormund. He’s so goofy and cute, but I think Brienne is mildly revolted by him.
