The Flash Season 4 Premiere Title Revealed: The Flash Reborn

It’s three months till the airing of “The Flash” Season 4, but the wait is about to get bearable for fans. Producers of the series are hinting at a premiere title that also relates with how the upcoming season may go. The details are out and it’s “The Flash Reborn.”

The Flash Season 4: The Flash Reborn

The cast and crew of “The Flash” are getting busy since the fourth of July marks the start of filming of season 4. Contrary to what fans expected, the title “The Flash Reborn” comes as sort of a shock in terms of wording. Most fans have the term “rebirth” in mind rather than “reborn” in regards to the flow of the comics.

The official production office of “The Flash” took to Twitter (which has since been deleted, but you can check out the photo below) to express the news of filming and also the title. The DC superhero show’s episode title revelation connects with Scarlet Speedster and her possible earlier return. Another detail about the fourth season of the “The Flash” is that it’s six months into the future from season 3’s finale. But, there’s still one important thing unclear, and that’s who will bear the title of “The Flash.”

Stuck In The Speed Force

In the season finale of “The Flash” Season 3, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) got stuck in the Speed Force. So as season 4 nears, he’s still stuck in the power granting force for speedsters. With this in mind, the question still remains, who will take the name “The Flash?”

Naturally, fans try to solve the mystery themselves through fan theories. One theory suggests that Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) takes over the Flash mantle. But don’t get your hopes up because Lonsdale says otherwise. Although temporarily, it may be a possibility in reference to the original DC comics storyline “Crisis on Infinite Earths.” We never know what the creatives are thinking after all.

What the producers have put on the table so far can mean so much ranging from different possibilities. Like how Barry returns in season 4 and what look he would be sporting. The filming has just begun so there’s still a lot to look forward to. Plus, more details may come out in the San Diego Comic Con.“The Flash” Season 4 premieres this October 8, 2017.
