First Look at Aaron Taylor-Johnson on the Set of Kraven the Hunter

He may have been Quicksilver for just one film, but Aaron Taylor-Johnson is returning to Marvel as the lead in the Spider-Man spinoff, Kraven the Hunter. We don’t have any official images yet, but some set photos have come out online giving us a look at Taylor-Johnson’s Sergei Kravinoff.

We don’t have any official details about the scene, but we do see that Taylor-Johnson is wearing shoes that are supposed to look like bare feet. This was actually the same thing they did with Chris Evans when Steve Rogers had to run around the street without shoes in Captain America: The First Avenger.

Besides the shoes, we also get a general appearance from Kraven. We see that he has the tooth necklace that his character often sports from the comics, and he’s also going to be sporting a beard with some wild hair.

We don’t know exactly how Kraven will tie in with Spider-Man, but some are hoping that Sony manages to figure out a way to make good use of the character. After the non-success of Morbius in theaters, more doubt is being placed on these Spider-Man spinoffs and which characters are popular enough to helm their own franchises without Peter Parker.

With a release date set for early next year, we could get our first look at Kraven the Hunter before winter, but that’s just my guess.
