Ezra Miller Allegedly had ‘Meltdowns’ on the Set of The Flash

A week ago, Fantastic Beasts and The Flash star Ezra Miller made headlines when they were arrested in Hawaii for disturbing the peace. While this certainly comes as a surprise for their fans, it seems that signs of Miller’s breakdown were already apparent on the set of The Flash.

As per Rolling Stone, an insider source has said that Miller was having ‘frequent meltdowns on the set of the DCEU film. They write:

While the insider stresses there was no yelling or violent outbursts, they described Miller as “losing it.” “Ezra would get a thought in [their] head and say, ‘I don’t know what I’m doing,’”

We don’t actually know what’s going on with Miller as of the moment, but it does line up with his reported behavior in Hawaii where they made a scene at a karaoke bar; which was followed up by news that they received a restraining order from a couple who says they broke into their home and threatened them.

Rolling Stone says that WB had to hold a meeting to find out what to do with Miller after the arrest, and as of now, all of their future appearances in the DCEU and projects involving them have been put on hold. Such a shame, seeing that Miller was one of the more adamant stars to stay in the DCEU after Justice League—despite all the drama happening with Ben Affleck and Ray Fisher.

For now, it looks like Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is still set to hit theaters on April 8. The Flash comes to cinemas on June 23, 2023.
