Coachella 2017: Lady Gaga Confirmed As Beyonce’s Replacement

After all the hype on who would replace Queen Bey’s headlining spot in this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the wait is over! Billboard confirms that Lady Gaga will be Beyonce’s headlining replacement in the festival.
Coachella organizers took Lady Gaga to fill in for Beyonce after she dropped out of the Coachella line up. Her decision was upon doctor’s orders in regards to her recent pregnancy with twins.

Lady Gaga On Coachella
2017 is a big year for the Bad Romance singer. Both having performed at the Super Bowl in Houston and now replacing Beyonce at Coachella.
Coachella organizers tell Billboard that it was important for them that a female performer replaces Beyonce. Gaga is now taking the title of first female to headline in Coachella since Bjork in 2007.
Hence, Gaga performs on both Saturdays, April 15 and 22 at the Coachella festival. Meanwhile, her upcoming Joanne World tour starts on Aug. 1 this year.

Consequently, the ones most affected by these changes are the fans going to Coachella. As a result, there are fans who are disappointed with Gaga as the replacement and took to twitter to express it.
