The live-action TMNT franchise may have fizzled out in the box office, but Seth Rogen is ready to reboot the movie Turtles with an animated film. Just in, we have the announcement of the cast of the movie, including the four main turtles and all their other side characters.

Here’s the official thread:

Let’s start off with the turtles first. It looks like the most famous VAs in the cast include Leo (voiced by The Amazing World of Gumball’s Nicolas Cantu) and Raph (Brady Noon from Good Boys). Donatello Micah Abbey and Mikey Shamon Brown Jr. seem to be relative newcomers.

As for the rest of the cast, the movie was able to gather a lot of stars. Jackie Chan is going to voicing Splinter with Ayo Edibiri as April O’Neil. Giancarlo Esposito has also been cast as scientist Baxter Stockman with multiple other mutants played by Post Malone, Hannibal Buress, Rose Byrne, Natasia Demetriou, Paul Rudd, and Ice Cube. I guess the most popular mutants of the bunch, Bebop and Rocksteady, will be voiced by Seth Rogen and John Cena respectively.

The trailer is set to drop this Monday, and a lot of fans are excited to see this new iteration of the turtles. While not every fan is onboard for every new iteration of the TMNT, I always love how they can revamp the characters for every generation, with Rise of the TMNT very much feeling like a modern anime.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem comes to theaters on Aug. 4.
