While The Adventures of Tintin is currently whipping up a storm in Europe, Puss in Boots continued to hold onto the number one slot this week with $33 million in box office receipts. (Tintin is due for theatrical release in the US in December) While newcomers Tower Heist and A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas secured second place and third place respectively, figures were unremarkable. Real Steel, The Ides of March and Moneyball continue to linger, meanwhile.
