BONES: Exclusive Scoop on

Booth and Brennan investigate the weird world of 'Meninists' in Thursday's new Bones episode.

And if that title (a corruption of the word 'feminist') has you gritting your teeth, then be warned. There's more white male privilege where that came from. It might want to make you punch something.

Or someone.

Meanwhile, Angela and the team struggle to deal with Hodgins post-injury anger and bitterness, but when that anger becomes directed at Angela, someone decides to step in and set Hodgins straight.

And in lighter moment, Booth becomes convinced that Brennan, just like the hypothetical butterfly of Chaos Theory, is a jinx for the Philadelphia Flyers, and decides to do everything in his power to prevent her watching the team's next game with him.

However, Brennan has other ideas.

We’ve seen the episode a little early, thanks to our friends at FOX, and have a number of teasers to share with you.

As always we strive not to reveal major plot-points that could otherwise ruin your enjoyment of the episode. However, we’re aware that one man’s gentle teaser is another’s great big flaming spoiler.

We therefore advise you to proceed with caution, step wisely, and avoid the Meninists at all costs

Sucker-punched

If you’ve seen the promo trailer (they even included it in the Press log-lines) for Thursday’s episode then you’ll know that Brennan famously loses her cool and punches an obnoxious deserving creep this Thursday.

But that’s not the real story.

You may be forgiven for thinking that a culmination of frustrations will lead the normally cool and logical Brennan up to this point, but in fact, Thursday’s episode will see her just as coolly logical and reasonable as usual.

In fact, Brennan will find herself on more than one occasion in agreement with the “Meninist” movement.

It’s Booth who has the real problem.

In fact, one could say Brennan’s jaw-crunching blow is an act of quick thinking, and a not quick temper.
