Arrow: Learn More About The Count in this “Vertigo” Sneak Peek

Ollie is determined to get closer to The Count, the drug lord responsible for introducing Vertigo, an intoxicating and dangerous new drug, onto the streets of Starling City.

Posing as an interested buyer, Ollie uses his never-going-to-be-finished nightclub as an excuse to set up a meeting with the man they call The Count.

Fringe alum Seth Gabel mixes it up entertainingly with a just little dash of the Joker in this sneak peek from tonight’s episode.
