Arrow “Dead to Rights” Images

February 27th’s Arrow episode looks like it’s going to be a particularly action-packed one, based on these latest images from the CW for the episode.

“Dead to Rights” sees  the return of Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe), who has his sights set on Malcolm (John Barrowman).

Throw in China White (Kelly Hu) some clever disguises and some armed security … and well take a look for yourself.
