USA’s hit Graceland has added two more names to its second season roster.
Today the network announced that Nestor Serrano (“CSI Miami”) and Brit Morgan (“True Blood”) have been cast as recurring guest stars in the summer drama.
Serrano will guest as Carlos Solano, Sr., a man who, in person, seems more corporate than brutal. Both a businessman and a father, he takes neither of those jobs lightly. Don’t let this demeanor fool you though. Solano is also known around the world as the brutal leader of the Solano Cartel, and is the type who hangs enemies’ heads off of bridges as a warning to his community.
Serrano has appeared on various prime time shows including “CSI: Miami,” “ER,” “Law and Order,” “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit,” “Profiler,” and “X-Files.” He has had a successful career on Broadway, in addition to landing roles in big motion pictures such as “The Money Pit,” “Bad Boys,” The Negotiator,” and “The Insider.”
Morgan will star in the recurring role of Amber, a sexy but shifty genius for hire. Her past is littered with risky jobs for some very bad people. A master of many trades, nothing excites her more than danger and manipulation. Charlie (Vanessa Ferlito) will try to get close to her, but she’ll quickly learn that Amber is much more than she bargained for.
Morgan was previously cast in HBO’s “True Blood” as werewolf “Debbie Pelt.” She has also guest starred on “Desperate Housewives,” “Southland,” “Two & Half Men,” and “Shameless.”
Serrano and Morgan join the already announced Carmine Giovinazzo (“CSI: NY”), Jon Sklaroff (“24”) and Coby Ryan McLaughlin (“The Secret Life of the American Teenager”).
Graceland follows the high-stakes investigative lives of six undercover federal agents living together in a government-seized Southern California beachfront. The series stars Daniel Sunjata (“Rescue Me”), Aaron Tveit (Les Miserables), Vanessa Ferlito (“The Sopranos”), Brandon Jay McLaren (“Falling Skies”), Serinda Swan (“Breakout Kings”) and Manny Montana (“Chicago Code”). Jeff Eastin (WHITE COLLAR) is creator and executive producer. Graceland is a Fox Television Studios production.
